Shipping policy

Mochi Mimi ships from Sydney, Australia wide. We don't ship internationally at this stage.

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer.

Rates

Flat items like stickers and letter sets go as a letter. Tape rolls go as a parcel, along with anything else too thick for an envelope.

Each product page shows a Letter post or Parcel post tag next to the price, so you can see how that item ships on its own. How many fit in a letter varies by product, and your cart works it out automatically. You'll see which rate applies before you pay.

Express post is available on every order.

Tracking

Every order is tracked, whichever rate you choose. We'll email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering, and contact us straight away if you spot a mistake.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is in Australia Post's hands. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll sort it out.
